The Sporting Fraternity

hosted by

Bryant’s Cocktail Lounge

The Sporting Fraternity is dedicated to the creation and appreciation of the American cocktail.

Through events and education, the Sporting Fraternity seeks to educate the mind and satisfy the palate of those who believe that cocktails can incorporate fresh ingredients and traditional technique to achieve something that is much greater than the sum of its parts.  We believe that this can be done without pretension, using a collaborative process that incorporates area professionals and national cocktail experts.

Our past cocktail events, have been a huge success.  The menus, created by Chad Doll in cooperation with guest bartenders, feature new twists on standard recipes, or carefully selected classics.  Past guest bartenders have included Nick Kosevich and Ira Koplowitz of Bittercube, Jason Neu of Cocktail Consultants, Evan Barnes of Atlanta, and Tom Julio of Tonic Tavern.

For the March Sporting Fraternity, we will be offering two delicious cocktails by local bartender Katie Rose, created special for The Sporting Fraternity.

We hope you will join us for this unique event.  We would suggest you do not delay, as time slots tend to sell out quickly.

Looking for a way to enjoy unique craft cocktails, but can’t attend a Sporting Fraternity?  Every Monday night at 9PM we will be holding a Blind Pig Speakeasy in the Velvet Lounge.  You must enter through the back door as we are normally closed on Monday evenings.  We hope to see you there!
